Christmas pork with pineapple

Place peppers, onions and pineapples to cook in a deep roasting pan, with 2 tablespoons of oil. After 2-3 minutes, add meat, salted and peppered and leave about 5-7 minutes, until it is opaque. Mix sauces with ginger and 2 tablespoons of water and cook the meat. Allow another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir fried up about 1 minute, after adding  diced pineapple.

You can serve it with rice / wild rice.
